Job Description

As a Maritime Repair Estimator, you will play a critical role in determining the costs and feasibility of various repair projects for Walashek Industrial & Marine, Inc.

About the Role

This position requires a high level of expertise in estimating and planning, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery.

You will be working closely with the management team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

A strong understanding of blueprints, sketches, drawings, and technical manuals is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective estimating processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage project budgets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and/or some college or technical training preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in estimating and planning
Working Conditions

This role may involve working in a shipyard environment, which can be hazardous at times.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
