Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed in the applicable state as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certification.
