- Assist in the assessment of patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and interventions as directed by healthcare providers
- Document patient encounters and communicate information to supervisory personnel and physicians
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current, unrestricted STATE Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional experience preferred
