This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment of patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans in collaboration with Registered Nurses, physicians, and correctional officers.
- Administer medications and interventions as directed by healthcare providers.
- Document patient encounters, responses, and effectiveness of care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted STATE Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience; correctional experience preferred.
