Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and empathetic Caregiver to join our team in the Franklin area. As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing comfort, companionship, and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation.
- Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate ($15.00 - $17.00 per hour).
