About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care and support.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, recommending adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure resident-centered care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Respond to resident needs and concerns, providing emotional support and reassurance.
Requirements
  • Active CNA or HHA certification in the state of New Jersey.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
