Caregiver - Assisted Living

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
- Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- HHA or CNA certification required.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
