As a skilled Electrical Panel Specialist with Plastipak Holdings' Advanced Manufacturing Group, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment used in Direct Object Printing, an innovative eco-friendly printing technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Apply your expertise to build and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including electronic, motor, pneumatic, conveyor systems, vision systems, production equipment, and plant support machines.
  • Utilize tools, such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Voltmeters, Signal Generators, and Signal Analyzers to test and calibrate equipment.
  • Perform tasks, including PCB prototyping, electronics testing, surface mount connector soldering, PLC/HMI Panel building, programming, and networking (PLC's, HMI's, and vision systems).
  • Troubleshoot electrical panels and components, repair or replace defective parts, make adjustments, or install special function and structural parts.

**Requirements:**

  • An Associate Degree, equivalent education from an electronics program, Military training, or combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years building and wiring industrial electrical panels as well as testing, troubleshooting, and making repairs.
  • Soldering skills.
  • Functional skills using tools, such as oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, signal generators, and signal analyzers to test and calibrate equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding electronic blueprints, schematics, drawing, operating and procedure manual.
