We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at MedStaffing Network.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring the operating room is properly prepared and maintained.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a surgical technologist (NBSTSA) or completion of a CAAHEP-accredited program within the past 12 months.
  • At least 2 years of experience in surgical technology, or completion of an armed forces training program.
  • Excellent time management and social perceptiveness skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with computer applications.
  • Knowledge of proper decontamination, washing, sorting, and reassembling of instruments.
  • Familiarity with equipment used in the operating room.
Compensation and Benefits:
