Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Citigroup Inc. as a Core Accounts Controls Manager. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead the implementation of end-to-end risk management oversight for Global Core Accounts Transformation.
- Work closely with the LMS and Core Accounts team to implement the risk and control framework and policies.
- Partner with functions that cover Information Security, Continuity of Business, Fraud, Data, Compliance, AML, and Records Management to stay abreast of risks and issues.
- Perform analysis and trending to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong risk management experience, including leadership and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a virtual global team and drive results.
- Up-to-date understanding of key risk and control concepts, tools, and trends.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment and risk-based thinking.
Citi offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $300,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
