Walters & Wolf is a leading Specialty Construction Company seeking a dedicated and hardworking Project Engineer to join our team in Fremont, California.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Work with the project team to ensure the successful completion of each job, including reading and understanding project specifications and procedures.
  • Documentation and Submittals: Prepare all required submittals (LEED, if applicable) and documents as indicated in the project specifications.
  • Technical Skills: Learn and utilize AutoCAD for detailing drawings, and assist with creating purchase orders and tracking vendor invoices for projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Project Management team and other project participants to provide assistance and support where required.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and Self-Driven: Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to tasks, and display enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
  • Team Player: Take ownership and seek additional responsibilities, and be familiar with Project Engineer duties and responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience collaborating with various project teams, and proficiency in coordinating activities among teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration, and adapt well to changes in a dynamic work environment.

Work Environment: 100% on-site Monday-Friday.
