Together, we are shaping a better tomorrow.We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to support our Track-type Tractor manufacturing operations. This role is integral to the Resource Industries Operations and Products (RIOP) division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial assessments to analyze facility performance and ensure accountability.
- Lead financial planning and analysis across various functional areas within the facility.
- Deliver strategic insights through comprehensive analysis of financial outcomes.
- Conduct investment evaluations (Discounted Cash Flow) and provide financial advice on key operational initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic discussions aimed at enhancing financial and operational results.
- Oversee the tracking and accountability of the facility's Operational Performance and Cost Control Improvement Agenda.
- Drive projects focused on sustainable cost reductions through collaboration with business units.
As a team lead, you will also play a crucial role in developing talent by mentoring both onsite and remote team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree in accounting or business (MBA).
- Experience with SAP and a willingness to learn tools such as Alteryx, Axiom, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Additional Information:
This position is a full-time, hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. Sponsorship is not offered.
