Building Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
This is a routine custodial position involving cleaning and maintenance of sanitary conditions in and around County/City property. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in cleaning and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Dust, polish, and wipe furniture, woodwork, baseboards, and doors
- Empty and clean trash cans
- Clean glass, windows, and mirrors
- Clean sinks, toilets, and countertops
- Dust mop floors
- Clean light fixtures
- Damp mop floors
- Vacuum rugs and carpets
- Clean walls and/or portions of walls and partitions and other wall-mounted items
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for operating a County vehicle
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
