Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance on all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, refrigeration, pumps, schematics, pneumatics, mechanical troubleshooting, and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification preferred
