Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in our long-term care facility. As a member of our care team, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with a current LPN license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
