Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Pharmacy Patient Advocate Representatives to provide essential support to individuals navigating their medication needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that members receive the necessary assistance in managing their prescriptions effectively.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients in maximizing their benefits from pharmaceutical programs.
  • Deliver expert triage and coordinate care for members.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with members, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
  • Oversee the completion of forms and data management to enhance patient support.
  • Address and resolve issues with a focus on empathy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare sector.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center setting.
  • Active Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and creative thinking for unique challenges.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
