Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Academic Enrichment Coach to join our team. As a key member of our after-school program, you will be responsible for providing a positive and supportive environment for students, engaging them in meaningful activities, and helping them develop essential skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and support to students at all times to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
  • Engage students in structured and age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical fitness.
  • Prepare the learning environment and necessary supplies for program activities.
  • Support the planning and implementation of activities, including field trips and culminating performances.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Experience working with children strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team member and follow directions.
  • Reliable communication and computer devices at home with internet access.
Work Environment

The Academic Enrichment Coach will work in a New York City Public School and may be required to interact with the community at-large during trips or events.
