Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of operational duties within the Investment Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve operational and/or accounting exceptions, including extensive review of account entries and preparation of correcting adjustments as needed.
  • Interface with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.
  • Verify account entries, ensure totals balance, and prepare correcting adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure that all documentation requirements are met for telephone or written inquiries and perform research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with trust administration, investment officers, trade services, and various other departments as required.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with mutual fund representatives and service providers.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in investment accounting, banking operations, or a related field.
  • Experience level: Experienced.
