Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team at City Fitness. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, promoting our services and products to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to effectively communicate with members and address their inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires a physical onsite presence and a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per work week. Days and hours of work are established at the time of hire. Night and weekend work is required on occasion or as job duties demand.

Travel:

This position requires a minimum amount of travel.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

This position does not require additional pre-screening.
