Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with new membership sales and lead generation
  • Book and confirm intro stretches for new members
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects
  • Conduct tours of the facility and establish relationships with potential members
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production and meet monthly sales quotas
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current and prospective members
  • Book quality appointments and follow up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Participate in special events and promotions to drive membership sales

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to learn and use our Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Excellent communication skills in person, via phone, and via email
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
