Technical Team Lead (TTL) Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a TTL, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12-15 field technicians and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of field technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Develop and implement technical training programs to enhance the skills of technicians
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Manage and prioritize work assignments to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the industrial HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, security, and fire, and/or mechanical equipment service industry
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler, and steam operational and service knowledge
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate and tech-savvy
