- Provide top-notch offerings for yourself and your team, including factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA)
- Develop and manage all types of quoted work, including interaction with customers and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls' internal policies and procedures
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial HVAC and plumbing services industry
- Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler, and steam operational and service knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and technical savvy
- Ability to develop, close, and manage all types of quoted work
