Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Wheel Technician Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our mobile repair team, you'll use the latest tools and techniques to restore wheels and wheel covers to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore wheels and wheel covers using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids
  • Inspect wheels for damage and prepare them for repair
  • Mix colors and apply finishes to match OEM specifications
  • Work independently in a mobile truck environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of wheel repair techniques and best practices

Requirements
  • Auto painting experience or collision repair technical school training preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts

  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 45 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on a highly incentivized commission structure.
