Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance by monitoring contracting personnel effectiveness and efficiency in relation to customer service and operating plan goals.
  • Support the Area General Manager in delivering business results and sharing department vision.
  • Organize and schedule all assigned personnel, identify and prioritize projects, and plan jobs in detail.
  • Directly supervise contracting fulfillment personnel and conduct employee reviews to ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Partner with and support sales teams in the discovery and development of new opportunities.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
  • Maintain and improve current customer relationships while seeking out other project development and sales opportunities.
  • Review and validate contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
  • Confirm Trane's ability to meet the project performance and financial requirements by obtaining and analyzing customer data, project data, and implementation issues prior to accepting the project.
  • Lead the team as a safety professional to establish and maintain a work culture that makes safety priority #1.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum eight (8) years' experience in facilities or HVAC systems preferred.
  • Experience leading a team is preferred.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.
