Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive a commercial vehicle to deliver freight to specified destinations, following all applicable traffic laws.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cargo integrity.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate transport activities effectively.
  • Keep precise records of driving hours, mileage, fuel usage, and other essential data.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, customer service, and vehicle upkeep.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in truck or commercial driving.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with necessary endorsements.
  • Clean driving history and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to manage long driving hours and occasional heavy lifting.
  • Openness to utilizing technology and adapting to new systems for improved efficiency.

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Compensation:
$28.00 per hour, based on experience
