Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor that aligns with the commitment to quality and respect for individuals.
  • Facilitate and participate in client-facing design and production discussions to promote printing best practices that enhance efficiency.
  • Handle all inquiries and orders for products and services through various communication channels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Production Management System, including customer and vendor management, job scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Monitor and record costs associated with job estimates to support precise billing.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Owner, Director of Operations, and Production staff to ensure production and customer goals are achieved.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients.
  • Utilize the proprietary CRM system for tracking interactions with prospective and existing customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely updates and solutions.
  • Review and approve artwork proofs.
  • Complete and maintain necessary documentation, including marketing and tracking logs.
  • Assist with proof creation and print production as needed to meet project demands.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Curiosity in sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and building relationships.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the printing industry.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Professionalism and confidence, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Ability to adapt to various customer styles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of workflow standards, prepress, and digital printing processes.
  • Familiarity with shipping and mailing operations.
  • Proficient in software applications including Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
  • Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
