About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Outreach Coordinator to join our team at IndyGo. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours/week schedule.

About the Role:

The Compliance and Outreach Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in diversity program development and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • · Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in procurement practices.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and requirements.
  • Representing IndyGo at industry events and conferences to promote the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Developing and presenting training programs to educate vendors and suppliers on the importance of diversity and inclusion.
  • Analyzing data and reporting on progress towards diversity and inclusion goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, management, leadership, or a related field. Or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background. A master's degree or professional certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Diversity, preferred.

A minimum of two years of relevant compliance or procurement work experience or diversity program development or management preferred. Experience as a data analyst preferred. Program management experience preferred. Federal regulatory experience desired but not required.

Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
