Clinical Nurse III

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our team as a lead nursing professional. This role requires a strong background in nursing and leadership, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients in assigned areas, ensuring optimal care and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Clinical Nurse II with Alameda Health System or equivalent experience in a large acute facility.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Desirable certifications include CCRN, ACLS, and BLS.
This role is based at Highland General Hospital, Labor and Delivery, and requires a full-time commitment with night shifts.
