Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an HVAC Controls Technician responsible for the installation, programming, and servicing of digital control systems. This role is crucial in ensuring quality, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of control systems and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare commissioning reports to validate control system functionality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for 'as-built' control schematics.
  • Demonstrate necessary BAS project sequences to meet verification standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with electrical and subcontracting teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement control sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
  • Create databases and graphics for both new construction and retrofit projects.
  • Ensure all implementations align with project specifications.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with BAS/BMS or DDC Controls.
  • Proficient in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of BAS systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Distech, Niagara Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Tridium N4 and AX programming.
  • Background in Distech Controls.
