  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize production downtime.
  3. Repair and Calibration: Repair and calibrate machinery and equipment, including replacing or repairing defective parts, bearings, belts, and hydraulic systems.
  4. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to company safety policies.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and parts inventory.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to improve overall equipment efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance, experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), experience with predictive maintenance techniques, welding and fabrication skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Standing and Bending: Stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
