Job Description

:Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and coaching others in the use of the CMMS.

Essential Functions

Manages and oversees all CMMS updates and configurations. Is the point of contact for all Facilities Management caregivers relative to data integrity. Works with DTS caregivers to deploy needed configurations to the CMMS. Ensures that the system is up-to-date, properly configured, and functioning effectively. Trains staff on the use of the system. Provides technical support to users.

Skills

Deep understanding of the functions and principles of Computerized Maintenance Management and CMM Systems (CMMS) Troubleshooting Interpersonal Communication Communication

Qualifications

Strong technical background, with experience in CMMS software and healthcare facilities management. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
