Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to gas facility operations, ensuring the performance and reliability of gas conditioning and processing systems while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and process layouts to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Create and oversee technical specifications and integrity plans for natural gas conditioning systems.
  • Validate vendor equipment sizing and confirm third-party engineering calculations.
  • Generate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for both existing and new natural gas storage facilities.
  • Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs).
  • Draft process descriptions and assist in formulating project Design Basis Memorandums and operational procedures for gas conditioning and processing systems.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant process engineering experience.
