Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Personal Banker to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a Retail Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and other financial services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent military experience preferred.
  • 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
