Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Claim Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Property Claim Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving property and auto claims in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate property and auto claims to determine coverage and liability
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and adjusters
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of insureds, agents, and other internal and external partners
  • Perform administrative functions such as maintaining an effective filing and diary system, expense accounts, time off reporting, and more
  • Acquire and maintain relevant insurance licenses to comply with state and Travelers requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two years of work or customer service experience
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to use sound judgment to analyze and resolve claims
  • Ability to proactively manage time and prioritize multiple claims simultaneously
  • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pay attention to detail and effectively convey information to customers and agents
