Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Assist in the fitting and programming of hearing aids to ensure optimal performance, comfort, and sound quality.
- Educate patients on the use, care, and maintenance of hearing aids.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments, including basic troubleshooting, routine adjustments, and cleanings.
- Make follow-up calls to patients to confirm satisfaction with their hearing devices.
Administrative and Equipment Management:
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
- Handle the packaging and shipping of earmold orders, device repairs, and manufacturer returns.
- Manage inventory of supplies and loaner devices.
Support for Audiologists:
- Communicate with audiologists regarding updates on orders, insurance verifications, or prior authorizations.
- Assist audiologists during clinical appointments as necessary.
General Duties:
- Perform infection control duties within the clinic.
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

Requirements:
- Valid NY Hearing Aid Dispensing License.
