Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel operations or management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and revenue management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
