We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Documenting patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
