Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Hornet Appliance Services LLC. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints: Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, or in-person interactions, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide product and service information: Offer detailed information about our appliances, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting tips, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues: Utilize your technical expertise to identify and resolve product-related problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document and update customer records: Accurately record customer interactions, updates, and issue resolutions in our database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, sales, or related experiences.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients: Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask: Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs and deadlines.
  • Positive and professional demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations, promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, conveying complex information and resolving issues efficiently.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
