Position OverviewWe're seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive product development and ensure our solutions meet diverse user needs. As a rapidly advancing company, we need someone who can communicate closely with customers and community users to enhance user experiences and gather feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers and community users to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Analyze customer issues to identify potential database enhancements using data analysis, competitive insights, and user research.
- Define or contribute to the product vision and roadmap, manage incremental execution through successful product launches, and develop product prototypes.
- Support product marketing by creating blogs, demos, and documentation, and conduct internal and external enablement sessions.
- Communicate with ecosystem partners to build better pipelines for the open lakehouse, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced functionality.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills with a strong teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in Figma or other product design tools for quick prototype designing.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS system products and database-related systems.
- Ability to communicate technical content to diverse non-technical audiences.
- Enthusiastic about the startup environment and willing to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.
- Familiarity or domain knowledge in database algorithm internals, data analytics, or backend technologies.
- Familiar with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, and related data analytics services.

The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year (Hybrid/Menlo Park CA).
