    • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues
    • Ensure team members meet or exceed hospitality standards
  • Human Resources
    • Interview and assist in hiring decisions
    • Ensure thorough and timely orientations and training for new team members

Additional Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a member of the Executive Committee.
