Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Director - Account Management to oversee our Riverside Hauling Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric environment that motivates employees to deliver exceptional service. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain close communication with employees to ensure they meet customer retention goals, resolve customer issues promptly, and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Supervise the work of Customer Service Representatives to guarantee adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed.
  • Provide guidance to Customer Service Representatives on handling difficult problems, resolving escalated complaints, and implementing departmental policies and service standards.
  • Evaluate employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend personnel actions when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience supervising personnel in a customer-facing environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient typing skills and strong PC abilities, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and internal Customer Service Software.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$105,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
