Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and make every guest feel valued and understood.
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
  • Critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Great people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
  • Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.
