Job Summary

Kendell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including phasing, coordinating product for order and supply, and proposing/writing/submitting/obtaining change orders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, trades, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project issues, changes, and problems, providing ongoing product and application knowledge and support.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, colleagues, and customers.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Education: 2-year or 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum four years industry or project management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral/written communication skills, knowledge of computer software applications, and high level of interpersonal skills and customer relations skills.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and being insurable to drive.
