As an Outbound Investment Advisor within our Engagement Center, you will showcase the value of our offerings and reputation. In this role, you will initiate outbound calls to clients, offering financial planning insights and crafting solutions tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage clients through targeted marketing initiatives and outreach programs, employing a confident and persuasive communication style to foster meaningful conversations, reinforce our values, enhance client retention, and attract new assets.
  • Conduct exploratory discussions with clients to identify their needs and initiate goal-oriented financial conversations; present suitable financial solutions to facilitate the achievement of client objectives.
  • Build strong client relationships by serving as a knowledgeable resource for information and advice; ensure accurate and efficient interactions.
  • Educate clients on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies.
  • Operate with high emotional intelligence, fostering an environment of unwavering client trust.

  • Demonstrate effective time and prospect management; strive to enhance client contact rates and ensure the success of our outreach campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree is required, along with relevant professional experience.
  • Possession of a Series 65 or Series 66 securities license is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role, ideally in an outbound call center environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Results-driven, with a strong desire to engage with clients over the phone to uncover their financial needs and advise them on their financial goals.
Edelman Financial Engines adopts a market-driven approach to compensation. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. However, final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, proven experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as discretionary bonuses, health and wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
