Objective:
The Manufacturing Assembly Technician is tasked with the assembly and/or finalization of completed products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to departmental protocols for assembly, inspection, and quality assurance.
2. Interpret complex bills of materials, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to facilitate product assembly.
3. Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
4. Achieve assembly output in accordance with established production timelines.
5. Conduct production testing, including electrical safety and leak assessments.
6. Support various assembly stations as required by production demands.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Basic computer proficiency.
4. Fundamental math skills.
5. Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
6. Must demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive demeanor.
7. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
8. Consistent attendance record.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
1. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
2. Prior experience in assembly and/or testing.
3. Background in manufacturing environments.
4. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
5. Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies.
6. Skills in troubleshooting to ensure proper fit and function of assemblies.

Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (potential for overtime)

Wage:
$17.50/hr.
