Job Overview:
~ Contract Duration: 1 Year
~ Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Position Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates materials management and logistical coordination for various projects and operations.
  • Assesses and processes material requests and reservations efficiently.
  • Conducts logistical activities to ensure timely material deliveries.
  • Oversees goods receipt operations, including relevant transactions and documentation management.
  • Employs SAP, MS Access, MS Excel, and other analytical tools to evaluate and report on inventory, supplier orders, and schedule discrepancies.
  • Provides support for material exceptions and returns for engineering and construction teams.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of sourcing strategies.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with material suppliers and service providers.
  • Documents supplier issues and aids in resolving supply chain and logistical challenges.
  • Collaborates daily with various internal and external teams, including engineering, supply chain, sourcing, project management, and suppliers.
Essential Skills:
  1. Proficiency in SAP
  2. Strong Excel skills, including report generation capabilities
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of materials management, procurement, and inventory control processes
  • Familiarity with client groups, commodities, and industry specialties
  • Awareness of environmental, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Knowledge of inventory analysis methodologies
  • Experience in supplier relations and tactical planning
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Basic skills in forecasting and trend analysis
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Value and cost analysis capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Quick and accurate information processing skills
  • Physical capability to perform walkdowns and locate materials
