We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at Affinity Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our digital contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with members to discuss their individual financial needs and provide knowledgeable, prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
- Effectively handle inbound calls and seek solutions to problems.
- Identify needs-based sales opportunities and develop long-term financial relationships with our members.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional member service.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity, with high-volume call center experience preferred.
- Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required.
- Prior CRM experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual, Spanish-speaking is preferred.
