Agricultural and Turf Sales Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural and Turf Sales Account Manager to join our team at Blanchard Equipment Company, Inc.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

Overview

This role involves selling new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers in a defined sales area.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of equipment sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
  • Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management accordingly.
  • Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
  • Manage assigned company vehicles and equipment.
  • Prepare and execute customer events.
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Monitor trends in customer's business activities and timely communicate to management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
  • Attend sales training events/seminars.
  • Work with other departments to promote all product offerings and services.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years equipment sales experience.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
