QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the position

REPORTS TO: Principal of the school

JOB OBJECTIVE: To deliver clerical and supervisory assistance to educational staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee student activities during lunch and recess periods
  • Facilitate games and recreational activities
  • Provide assistance in the health room as necessary
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities
  • Adhere to safety protocols and district regulations
  • Perform additional assigned tasks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Role involves walking, auditory communication, verbal interaction, and visual acuity

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Standard office/school atmosphere

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Salary and schedule determined by the Board of Education, with benefits as per district policies

FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt
