Position Summary

We are in search of friendly and professional individuals to deliver outstanding customer service during events. Your responsibilities will include engaging with attendees, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a memorable experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, assisting them with inquiries regarding the event schedule, venue, and available services.
  • Information Provision: Offer precise information about the event, including schedules, location of amenities, and any special instructions.
  • Issue Management: Proactively address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Event Support: Assist with various event-related tasks such as managing queues, directing guests, and maintaining cleanliness in event areas. Support exhibitors by running booths as necessary.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Be ready to respond to emergencies or disruptions calmly and effectively, adhering to established protocols.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect guest feedback regarding their experience and communicate significant issues or suggestions to the event coordinator or management.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with fellow event staff to ensure seamless operations and effective communication throughout the event.
Qualifications
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in events or hospitality, is advantageous.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities to resolve issues and handle unexpected situations with professionalism.
  • Detail Orientation: Capability to focus on details and accurately follow instructions.

  • Work Schedule: Shifts will vary based on event needs, typically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, allowing for setup after the event.
  • Uniform Requirements: Attire includes a black shirt (no logos), black pants (no leggings), and comfortable black shoes.
